Tower
Loved seeing these pics. Stairs brought back memories of som volunteers & I carrying my students to the top at a Tower near Sly Park where we were at camp. Then we held them up to see because we didn’t take the wheelchairs up!! As I see your pictures, I wonder what I could have been thinking?? Always wanted for them to experience what we can.??

Enjoyed the reminiscing. Brought back memories of my own. Interviewed for a job in Walden back in the dark ages. Probably a good thing that I did not get it. I remember them asking what I would do on the weekends in the winter when part of the road to Ft. Collins was closed. I thought maybe I could cross country ski over and have Walter pick me up. Ha! Nice pictures!

We have really enjoyed your blog and all the interesting places you've visited, hiked etc. It's giving me some ideas of places for us to visit in August when we drive the California coast. Photos from the Evergreen amazing, Howard Hughes was my boss at TWA, due to his strict rule that none of his stewardesses were to be married, I left after 2 years to marry Al. The old downtown airport in Kansas City has several good aviation museums, mainly civilian aircraft, was there 3 years ago. Keep having a great time ! Lee
