Even your grey days uplift me Thanks for your account of the ruins. It was really interesting and incredible to know how far they date back and how long some of them took to build. - Albeit for ill purpose. I'm glad to hear you're back basking in the sun. Soak it up! :) Love Sofie
Another great adventure! The zoo sounds like it was a lot of fun. I too would have loved the night-time tour. Your cabana was great too. It must have been quite incredible to sleep amidst the sounds of the "jungle." Can't wait for your pyramids entry.
Love Sofie
Hi Dad,
What an amazing week you had. I so enjoyed reading this entry and perusing your fantastic photography over breakfast this morning, looking out my dining room window and the blustery -20 January morning. You've captured yuor experience eloquently, both in words and images, so keep these entries coming! - when you have time, that is. Wishing you another awe-inspiring week.
Sofie xoxo
Hi Naturefree Hi Pete, Just had a good look at Google Maps to get a better idea of your exact location and guess what - I have it. Also took a look at the CIA World Fact Book on Belize. Always find this very interesting and a good source of information on absolutely everything. Here's the link if you get your WiFi https://www.cia.gov/library/publications/the-world-factbook/geos/bh.html . One item they seem to have omitted is the fact that there is a topless bar (as noted in a photo) in your previous entry. Could just be a shortage of space.
Hope you continue to enjoy your experience and looking forward to your next blog.
Cheers,
Alan

Hi Dad! Loved your first official blog entry down south. Thanks for taking the time to write, as it really gives me a feel for the place and the adventure you're living - as you're living it. You definitely seem to be living up to your name of NatureFree! So nice to hear, and Hopkins Beach sounds spectacular. Also love your shots! I think might have to print some of them, if I can! I hope the sun cooperates more with you in the coming days. ;) Keep having fun. - Love Sofie P.S. Monique would like to receive your blog posts. I'll send you a separate email with her email address.
