Africa

This trip in the fall of 2009 is in three segments:

1. A motorcycle trip through South Africa, Botswana, and Namibia

2. A trip to Kenya to meet my son Robbie for a horse-back riding safari through the Masaii Mara, climbing Mount Kenya (the second highest peak in Africa), and a little R&R on the beautiful island of Lamu off the coast of Kenya.

3. A visit to Cape Town, followed by a trip up the coast staying at back-packer lodges and hostels, and finally a stay in beautiful Plettenburgg Bay to play a little polo and hang out with some locals.
