Typo... I made a little mistake, I meant to say that if Cairo is 10 and Copenhagen is 1, Xela is 3, not the other way round. It's quite a quiet town really, they just seem to struggle with concepts like pedestrian crossings and helmets on motorbikes.

Hey, it was you that suggested the name in the first place! So you can´t complain. I´m going to write a bit about Nuevos Horizontes; it's fine as long as I'm not writing names, locations or anything confidential like that.
Yes it is a kind of porridge, but the bowl I had was more like a smooth, gloopy liquid. It's really tasty, creamy with just a little spicing. I don´t know how else to describe it, but I´ll definitely be having it again.
I'm in Guatemala from March to May 2013, where I intend to volunteer with women's refuge Asociacion Nuevos Horizontes. As I generally like to keep a written account of my trips, I thought I´d put it in a blog this time and try to make it a little bit interesting to read.
