Im so glad you & Haley will be getting together soon. Give each other a BIG hug from me & have lots of fun but be careful Love Nana
Wow those cherry blossom trees are amazing! It looks like a really nice city.I hear you booked your trip to thailand, bet your looking forward to that. Glad the weather is nice somewhere in the world. Tired of rain. Have a great time in thailand if I don't talk to you before you go. Take care
Auntie Karen
hey! those cherry blossoms are INSANE!!! I have always wanted to see them!!
And I love how you all are such a circus show to chinese people ha ha.....its like your a rock star or something! SO jealous you are in 20 degree weather....it snowed in Calgary yesterday....boo!
Cant wait to hear more! Take care!
Hi Megan Hope your feeling better!!! Next time you see that dr. tell him you are from western canada NOT quebec. The nerve of some people!!! Hope all is going well for you so far. Looks like you are making friends and having a social life. It's my turn this weekend to go help nana and get her place cleaned out. Nothing new here just watching the rain and hope I can get to Saskatoon on thurs. I look forward to your blogs. Take care, Auntie Karen
I KNOW! When you are in other countries and you say your Canadian but can't speak french they are always disappointed! I am glad you are feeling better and didn't have to go to some shady dive for treatment!
being sick in a foreign country well it sounds like your experience was a lot better then some people who get sick far away from home. we are so glad that you feel better. Nana'a move was a great success! nana says she feels like she is in a new country too- maybe she should start a blog- HA HA. Any miss you lots!!
It is sweet the people you work with are so social otherwise you would feel homesick so much more! I miss you too! And Honestly to me it feels like you have been gone for more than a month! I am glad you are having a good time at times :) I am sure teaching is teaching, their will always be the few you can't get to do anything! I am dying my hair blonde next weekend SO PUMPED! haha! That is the highlight of my life right now! Also next weekend is my last hockey game for the season which sucks but it is daylight savings here tonight so that will help with the winter depression! I started assisting only at my job 2 weeks ago which is going good but the dentist I am working with is terrible so I am going to quit when I go to school in June and find something better in July or August. That was kind of the plan anyway. Anyway I will write to you a better letter later or tomorrow, Keith is away and I made no plans for this weekend so I will hve nothing but time but right now it is supper! oxox
Very Neat I'm glad u have settled in and everything has gone smoothly. If the kids looked stunned in drama class try social studies and see which student can point out exactly what Tibet is guiltu of in there quest for inner peace and personal soverignty.
Peppy title! When I saw that I was like uhhh ohhhh..... hahaha! Well it seems like its going good! You have me hankerin' for some street food! And yes it has been freaking cold and I officially HATE this winter, more specifically this February! But daylight savings is in 2 weeks and hopefully the more than -20 degrees below average temps will change..... Excuse me I have to go shovel! haha! xoxo
yo! i totally enjoy reading these ha ha.....i love the confused chinese guy...'how you must look' ha ha!
Its neat to hear the kids are all so nice, I mean, obviously manners are more important there, and the crazy structure of their day!
The drivng sounds hilarious!! I would have loved to see you (who drives like miss daisy :)) in the back of that car ha ha.
ANyways, sounds like you are enjoying yourself, which is nice, and there seems to be a ton of people to hang out with, so hopefully you will come back with cool international friends that you can go visit!!!
have fun, keep with the updates!
hey DUDE!!!
I absolutely love that you took Wrinkles :) no getting homesick for this lady!!!
the place looks alot nicer than i thought....super cute!
anyways, hope all is well, keep updating!
:)
Word Tiny people, tiny kitchens! haha! On the positive about the concrete bed it might be good for your back! And yes everywhere in asia the driving is suicidal at best!
Hi Megan, glad to hear from you, sounds like your doing okay so far. Yes the food is very different. If you have a McDonalds you will also find it doesn't taste the same. Better buy some warm clothes, the weather is like Canada and will be cold for awhile. Good luck at school tomorrow and look forward to your blogs. Take care.
Auntie Karen
