Thanks for the wishes Hi Anton,
if you see me flying over Washington, then probably with an F-15 on my wing - its all forbidden airspace. But I'm glad you enjoy my blog - for me this was an old dream being realized and working out surprisingly well.
I hope we'll meet again, maybe in Washington or in Dinslaken..
- Martin
What a trip! hi Martin,
Dieter passed on your blog so just wanted to say hello. We met in Dienstlaken a few years back when you flew in with Alberto and I was visiting the Klinge's. I live in the Washington DC area so maybe I see you overhead one day or do you plan a refueling stop in Gaithersburg, MD (closest to me).
groeten en succes!
Anton
AMAZING Hi Martin,
once again you sent some amazing pictures, especially the one of the rainbow! We are happy that every day is bringing you and Regina closer to us.
Have a great fligt today,
Marga and Steve
Almost Here/There Hi Marin, the midnight cruise does indeed sound like a magical trip and we are looking forward to some good pictures. We hope that today will bring you far enough South so that you will see some greenery again. Once you are in Florida you will see LOTS of it. Our yard is sporting an exceptional crop of weeds.
Smooth flying today and always, Marga and Steve
wowie that looks super awesome! can't wait for the calendar of this trip, already loads of nice pictures for it :p
nice to have a daily update waiting for me when i get home, call sometime when you're near a cheaper connection/in the US.

once again, great pictures Hi Martin,
hope you enjoyed your midnight cruise. It's dark here in Florida unlike where yoiu are, a place where the sun never stes at this time of year. Have a good day tomorrow and keep us posted.
Love, Marga and Steve
Greenland looks fantastic You keep suprising us , I told dru you would be stuck in Iceland for at least a week with the weather closing in on Greenland, but not only did you make it to Greenland but the west coast !!!
Couldnot find the Picaso pictures , but no problem we will see them all when you get back or over a coffee in Oshkosh .

your first day Hi Martin,
great to get your update! You handled the weather-induced so calmly - no surprise knowing how calm and circumspect you are. We wish you a sunny day tomorrow with gentle tailwinds.

This blog follows my flight over the Atlantic to the US to visit friends in Florida and Denver, and the Oshkosh AirVenture, the biggest fly-in in the world.

I'll fly with my Mooney, an efficient four-seater with 180 hp engine and retractable gears. The call sign of my plane is DEDDN, or short DDN. Although it was built ... full info
