Made it to Potosi after another six hour bus ride. Potosi is yet another of Bolivias "Worlds most places"... this one is the officialy the worlds highest City at about 4,000m (+/-) above sea level and is famous, or infamous, for it´s silver and mineral mines. Famous because of it's "highest" status and it's mines, and infamous for the conditions the miners work in... pretty average. The whole point of coming to Potosi is to go into the mines and see how the guys work, so we organised a tour of course. Some history; the mines were started back in the times of the Inca when apparently there was so much silver, the stuff could be picked up off the surface of the mountain.
