Howdy
Hi Lowell and Gloria. Those wind-mills look pretty neat. I'll bet they really get moving on a windy day. We're headed up Nort for the weekend. Have fun!

Real ones!!

wooden shoes
Someone gave us (my first husband & I) 3 pair that they got when they were overseas. (Those were the Air Force days.) One pair for him, one for me, and one for our little girl, Robin. I don't know what happened to them in the whole divorce thing.

Train ride
That was quite an experience you had on the train. It's amazing you got on and it's amazing that they didn't throw you back off! You said the houses were mostly built of brick, I'm wondering why that is?

Goodbye France!
Hi Low and Glo, More great pictures! You have a knack for finding unusual things. Loved the hanging sign! We are having Iowa cousins come tomorrow night with their motor home. It is a day or two earlier than planned so am scurrying around straightening things up. May not be on the computer while they are here, but I'll check in when I can. Hope your trip to Belgium in the very early morning goes well, and your next stop is wonderful! Blessings to you both and lots of love. Sharon
