Weather Hi, its sounds like you are having a great time in Egypt. I am travelling to Egypt at end of September into October, and I would like to ask what the weather is like. I have been surfing the net and the weather still looks quite warm during the day, but what is it like at night? I will be travelling through the desert at the beginning of the tour and have heard it gets really chilly at night. Just really need to know if I have to bring any jumpers/jackets. Are the early mornings cool or does the day heat up really quickly. Any info is very much appreciated. Thanks
Hi Leigh We were in Sipadan around the same time...interesting story you've got there. Nice to go through your blog...the more divers, the best...where is your next diving? Peter...in Bangkok
I found your page because I wanted to find out if i am the only one who hates hanoi that much, and I have to say that your blog is HILARIOUS. Maybe because i agree in sooo many ways...
Cheers!
poorly prepared I enjoyed readying your blog. I have lived in Hanoi for some time and can only say. What do you expect. If you had informed yourself a bit better, you would have not walked into a wank shop, eaten in a decent restaurant and stayed away from the motorbike taxis.
Hanoi is not a bad place for people who are not chep bloody back packers.
love the humor in your blog........ I enjoyed the way you described the traffic jam in cairo..... hey, great blog. You are absolutely right ...... when i got back from egypt many years back, i was given the same dose of questions!
Thanks! thankyou for your comment on my blog. its always nice to hear and i am glad you enjoyed it. yes i loved your country and I hope to visit again next year! Best wishes to you!
So Jealous Leigh,
sounds like ur having such a good time and those beavers sound super super cool. The whole place looks totally untouched + pristine so i've decided that i hav to get there one day. Another good blog Babe.
Ahh takes us back Why oh why did we ever leave Whistler ... oh yeah, cos our work permit ran out :-)
And now they have 4 mtrs of snow - we are sooooo jealous!!!
how busy..... How busy have you been with all these updates! Have you quit work? Stopped leaving the house? I hope you've got the heating cranked up and are nice and comfy - you must be. Great to read - as usual xm
Glad to see all is well. You 2 have certainly gotten around. I went to Pearl Jam 2 weeks ago in Perth funnily enough. As good as when they were young fellows. Sorry I have been such a lazy correspondent. 30 odd degree days back here. Hope the Queenslander is coping with the cold.
i know it's wrong to laugh.... As i was laughing i felt a twinge of karma getting ready to blindside me out there in the universe - but from one 'bad back' sufferer to another i don't think i could ever make mine as humurous as yours! and as for wry and self defficating - i'm still laughing, Kath and Kim eat your heart out!
Be good xm
Hi Leigh (I always still want to say CB, sorry!)
You look fantastic in all those pics. Glad you are having fun. Although, I really feel for you with the day after the wedding - thanks for the health advice on big italian weddings!
aaaahhhhhh......... Aaahhhhh, tubing down the river drinking beer - no wonder you want to go back!! Does life get any better, you look fit and well and tanned and happy. Great photos and as always great stories. xm
tears and beers I probably would of suggested beers as well, in that circumstance there's nothing else for it, as usual sounds like you coped magnificently and if only cried once during that trip you're doing well. xxm
