Knot a Bad Classroom (classic) Leigh-Ann,
I heard you were heading back to Halifax to teach? Hope your trip was AMAZING! Would love to hear from you..
Miss you, Love Gillian
xoxo
Like a postcard! Wow! Your photos are so amazing! I just caught up reading your blogs since your bungee jumping experience (I can't believe you were able to do that!!!) And it seems every place you have been to is even more gorgeous than the next! Too bad about the fruit picking. I hear there is alot of fruit picking in Australia so maybe you'll have a little more luck finding work there? Loving the blog, can't wait to see Australia! By the way, send me an email when you get a chance letting me know of your schedule and we'll see if we can meet up somewhere.
Curious why didn't you go to the site for the lord of the rings? It would be really cool if you did. So.. are you and Brett getting a little cozy? e-mail me! Miss you. When are you coming back? Bye.
Wow Thank you for doing this! I just caught up on the last 4 entries or so and as with all of your adventures, I am blown away at all the amazing things you are experiencing. I am so happy for all that you are getting to do, and that you have someone to do it with you! I know you are grateful for all the beauty around you, and I am glad I get to see it too! Of course we miss you, cannot wait to hear about everything, your favourite sights, sounds, smells. Enjoy the rest of your trip!
Happy New Year A belated Happy New Year to you and yours Leigh Ann. We were away as usual and had a very restful and not at all exciting three blissful days away.
I love those rocks! Alien invasion force gone awry?
Can't wait to see all of your photo's when you get home.
Love, Cate
Beautiful Hey Leigh-Ann!
these are my favorite photos so far. Absolutely breath taking- they don't even look real. You are right- words could not describe and I'm sure seeing it first hand is even more incredible.
Love from Canada
Wow! I am so glad you are both alright - a little bit crazy, but all in one piece. It looks awesome - you know when you get home, you will be bored to death........................we just sit around in the evenings, watching TV and waiting for bedtime - hehe!! Enjoy the rest of your trip!! Tammy, Doug and Baci ♥
OH MY GOD! My stomach lurched just looking through the pictures...how did you not pee yourself?! (did Brett make it thorugh with no broken ribs from you squeezing?)
And how did you get the great shots?
Stay on firm ground from now on, would you! Happy 2010, my friend!
hj
Wow! Good for you! That looks incredibly scary. You guys are brave!! Is this Queenstown? PS, I read about your zorbing and was jealous. I think that is one of my absolutely favorite things EVER! Way to live it up!!!!
Happy New Year With the storm rolling in it certainly looks Christmasy here, but having to fill buckets with water in case the power goes out makes me wish for the surroundings that you're in! Happy Holidays - got your postcard...have been looking at a lot of sheep the past few weeks (not as many as NZ, for sure). Miss you - xox HJ
ok, so I don't want to be that lame friend who continues to point out your new clothes... but is that a PENQUIN on your shirt?! Have you been dancing in it? I'm sure it reminds you of ol' 6969 and the creative ways we would use to pull ourselves out of the dumps. I'll be sure to practice my moves so I don't lose my touch.
Happy New Year! It sounds like you rang it in in style! Those 'glow-worm' caves sound otherwordly: I'll add them to my list of things to see on our family's still-fictitious trip to New Zealand, dark and cold or not. Take care and keep the interesting stories coming! We'll raise a glass for you during our New Year's toast tonight.
New bathing suit? Beautiful pics! You are so dedicated to your sunrises... put that on the list with the ocean and weather:) Looks like you bought a new swimsuit... the color is pretty from the back.
Rita McNeil wanted me to wish you a Merry Christmas.
You're so sweet! Hello, Leigh-Ann! I don't know if this is the right place to thank you for sending a postcard to my girlies, but thank-you! I'm touched that you thought of it in the midst of all your adventures (and thanks for the good-behaviour plug!). They were thrilled to get it, and full of questions. I'll get them to write you directly, if this is the right venue. By the way, Claire is totally up for the Zorbing, as is her mother! Thinking of you, Tania
hahaha... is this Jenny? Funny you mention the water thing... I made a point of sharing that story with Brett as we trudged up the mountain. Nobody truly understands though, how bad fizzy water really is (especially when it's all you have whilst hiking up the Swiss Alps!)
Glad to get another update. Sorry there was no Rita there---she was sure here---glad to see Santa is there. Hope you let him know you are there so he can find you and I hope you are being GOOD so you don't get a lump of coal in your sock! I'm sure Ian and Eleanor will be glad to see you whenever you can get there. Love Mum
