Mary Johnson's blog
Holy Cow.. you are taking pretty much the same Derry tour I took. PLEASE make sure your friend takes you to the Free Derry Museum & check out the outside wall on the farthest panel from the front door. The bullet hole from the Bloody Sunday Uprising.. Seamus is great.. I stayed at the Abbey B&B & got to know Paula the housekeeper very well. Tinney's Pub & check out The River Inn.

You had some of the Vegie soup! Laura and I loved that soup and cannot find a good recipe for it. So if you think to ask.....Please, get a recipe! Glad you are having fun. I didn't get read all the blog, but the first few days of it. Wasn't the road from Sperrins to Derry unreal? My most fave part, along with Donegal. Talk to ya soon I hope!

I'm insanely jealous, but thrilled for you and Kim as the days of anticipation draw to an end. I hope you'll be able to share a little something each day of your "adventure". Plenty of pictures and commentary are expected. Have a great time and be safe.
