Wow! Kayse, you are right on to show the pictures. It says it all. Lots of smiles. Fun and learning going on too.
The kids look like they're having a blast. They will remember and associate fun and being together with Hope Church. One question, Which picture has your best friend in it?
Enjoy, and never stop giving. Our life and your life is better for it.
Stay safe,
Carol Gillespie

BIg animals Wow, Kayse, these pictures are amazing. What an experience you were able to go on. Never heard of or seen pictures of the wildebeast, and those warthogs have got to be the uglyest animal I've ever seen. And those zebras have the cutest round butts.. Thanks for the wonderful pictures. Macho Love to ya, be safe, Gramma Loretta
Congrats Kayse I have to admit that today is the first day I've managed to spend time looking at your Travel blog and web site glutenandme - WOW!! - Congratulations Kayse on well written and entertaining editorials AND some FAB pictures!!... This is SUCH a convenient and time-consuming way to let all your loved ones and friends know what's going on in your life - and I'm sure even strangers would find the narrations very entertaining and informative. I sure wished that I'd had this facility when I travelled abroad in my youth. Instead, my mother collected all my air-mail letters to her, with the hope that I will read them one day... and I will! But this is so "instant" and can be enjoyed by everyone...
I feel "chuffed" as they say here - to see you feature me among all the many and varied people you've met since your arrival. I think you are a great gal and despite our age differences, it's wonderful for me to know you as a friend. xxx Carolyn
Wow, Kayse-What amazing pictures! I was just telling Lindsey on the phone I had looked at them and couldn't believe it-makes the Alaskan wildlife look tiny! :) What are you going to do to top this next? I'm sure you will think of something! Take care! -Alyssa
Hey I did face painting recently at school too...was'nt as fancy as yours were though...I had to use water paints. What cute kids..see why you had sooo much fun. And hey I now HAVE seen all the pics..what a beautiful dress!! love mom
The Children What a rewarding thing your doing with the children. It must be very gratifying,I can understand your'e being on a high after being with them. I worked at the food bank the other day , handing out coats to the children, they would smile or be very excited, it made me feel really good. and it can make you feel very sad also. Did you have fun at the party all dressed up in your green dress, that would be a really good color for you. I have to go to yoga right now so I will write ya something soon. You Amazing girl you I so enjoy your writing, you are amazing, you blow my socks off. I'm so proud of you. You are going to make a difference, I'm sure of that. . The scenery is beautiful. Sounds like its a good thing that school is almost done, you seem to be getting very busy. Macho Love to ya , be safe, Gramma Loretta
Right on Love your writing of your journeys and the people you meet. You take the time and energy to get below the surface. I like your comments about using this in your studies. Keep up the good work. We are all becoming more educated by your journeys.
Stay safe and adventuresome
Carol
WOW!!!! WOW kayse ..that looks like the most amazing place you have been yet...Like I said if I could just click my heels together three times I'd be there in a heart beat. Looks like incredible riding. Thanks for sharing pics Love mom
I couldn't help... ... but laugh out loud at the image of you, my dear, chasing giant roaches in a killing spree at 0300 AM in a South African dormitory.
I guess that was one of those "What the hell I am doing here" moments. Still, memories are (also) made of this and you seem to be enjoying yourself so much there that it even seems worthwhile.
I can't wait to learn what will happen next in your world. Keep'em coming!
