CCS alumni Hello,
I returned two weeks ago from a CCS placement in Karanga right by Moshi. I had Googled to se see if I could bring up information on Kili Kids (my placement) and the orphanage Neema and your blog came up. I am glad you are having a wonderful time, seeing so much and delving into the culture. Have a safe trip home.
Many blessings~
Katie
Hi Katherine I love reading your blog. I can't wait to see your pictures!! You're in my prayers. Continue to have a safe and rewarding trip :)
Take Care!!
How cool is that! Oh my goodness, a black rhino, banana eating elephant, giraffes, hippos, zebras, lions, and dancing massai. How cool is that!!! Continue to give the children hope! Your rock!
You sound so happy! Hi Katherine,
What a truly awesome adventure you are having! CCS has fully engaged you in the local culture. You sound so happy. I love your "interesting observations." They give wonderful insights into your experiences, the people, and the culture. By the way, do they really say, "hakuna matata?" ;-) Proud of you. Enjoy.
Hello Katherine Hello Katherine,
Are you able to receive this message? I am new to blogging.
Everything sounds wonderful. I love reading about it. What does Mount Kilimanjaro look like? I'd also like to know more about the educational system and how the orphanages operate.
Write whenever you have time or computer access. Enjoy!
Love, Courtney
