Well it has been an amazing read for us all and makes me very jealous. Glad you both had a great time but also glad you are returning to almighty Blighty! Will be great to see you both and to catch up.
I must say Jugs, you've lost weight! I think that will need to be addressed very soon. I believe we once ate a rather large Chilli Burger in the Maldon? Do you care to join me!!
Love the last bit where you both gave you best parts to the trip. Very good idea.
Willy the wasp! He has served his time like a true SAS warrior!
See you both very soon!
Homeward Bound I can't believe your trip is over. I am soooo looking forward to seeing you again even if I have to wait til the end of august. Have a good trip home. Love ya.
I'm wiping away a tear... Oh guys, the maginficent voyage has come to an end. Hope the flight back wasn't too bad. At least u could do some more 'reminishing' on the plane! You should really check your work for spelling mistakes! Bad teacher Bob. If only I had a red pen... X
Nearly hometime.... Well its not long till your home now, how exciting!!! Are you guys looking forward to coming home then??? Jill - sorry I can't reply to your facebook message - I can't access it at work and we haven't got internet at our new house yet. Head and Shoulders Not the shampoo, the height. I bet you feel like a giant Jonny amongst the natives. Photos look fascinating. Love the descriptive text too. Nice van... Yo dudes! That is one sweet van you got there!! Reminds me of our own 'Terrence the transit' we had. Slightly concerned about the gummy bear stories though.
Keep up the good blog work.
Stupot out...
you naughty little monkeys! Glad you enjoyed yourself in the outback but what did I tell you about the monsters that live out there! youve given me heart failure you buggers! x x x
The little green monster Hi Bob
Just been looking at the photos on your latest blog. In the one where you're putting bags on the banana tree (why?????) it looks as though you've got a little octopussy green monster in your pocket . Or are you just glad to see someone?
luv
Linda
Sounds like u 2 are still having the times of your lives - jesus though I would have freaked out seeing that Adder, arrghh!!! The bit about leeches was gross too! Glad u enjoyed Whitsundays and now enjoying relaxing on Maggie!!! - hire a mini moke for the day there, its wicked fun!! Looking forward to your next adventure update....xxx
A bullock too far It's ages since I read such a load of old bullocks, but was most impressed by your valient handling of same. That Norman looked like one mean cow - and Jill's roo-taming was pretty scary stuff too. Think I'll stick to the local Devon speciality, cow tipping. I'm looking forward to the next instalment of your intrepid adventures. Rebecca and bump send their love.
Billy the Kid Great Blog, my favourite part was about Mustard 'who liked to eat at all opportunities', sounds like someone else we know!
Anyway, beats fruit picking and working in an office!
Lone Ranger & Tonto? What a wonderful experience, love the pic with the decoration and the caption definitely apt. Where are the suntans guys, all faded away under the shade of the mango trees no doubt. Those little roos aah! Bet Jill wanted to bring one home. Where are you off to next ... more adventures in the outback? Loads of love xxxx
Pink is lovely Hello there, great to see what you two are up and I am loving all those pictures. You look like you are turning into an Australian lifeguard - I bet that you are going to come back with an Ozzie accent!!
There is not much news from school - Andrew Heard still loves you, his latest joke is................
Why did the turkey cross the road?
To get a lemsip
You need to be up to date on the Uk news to understand it!!!
Anyway, keep having fun, I wonder where you are off to next???
Lots of love Faye x x x x
Happy (belated...I can't believe I forgot...soooo sorry!) birthday. Well you seem to have had a fantastic birthday, I cannot believe I forgot! Anyway carry on partying throughout 2007 and we'll see you in August?
Lots of love, Nic and all X X X X X
Just saying hello Hi Guys, have finally caught up on your blog! Sounds like you guys are having a totally great time and I have to say I may be a little jealous. Too think you might be missing the weather, the working day, driving on our roads was clearly wrong of me! Will you ever come back? Can't say I would blame you if you didn't. Jonny, your mum is ok, we keep an eye on her here for you and leave your brother and Reg to do that at home. I am off to the US with your mum next week, so will promise to take good care of her for you. You know the address to send th cheque! Anyway, no marathon fo rme this year or any other year, though the Sydney marathon would be a good meeting point, don't you think? NOT!!! Take care of yourselves, keep safe and will speak soon. Happy New Year to you both. Russell and family x
After 5 years of discussing our dreams of seeing the world we decided to take the bull by the horns and book a flight, resign from our jobs and pack our bags! So in just over 3 weeks we have nothing but each other and a lot of mosquito repellant, Southeast Asia here we come!... full info
