Jealous! Hi Jo and Mark
I'm glad to see that you're enjoying your last weeks of travelling. I'd love to be able to do all the things you've done. The photos are so beautiful! And the Inca Trail reminds me of my trip to Peru 10 years ago! We didn't do it as a group so it was a lot more chaotic than your hike including an explosion of our cooking stove on the first evening! I hope you enjoy Iguazu, I remember seeing loads of butterflies and getting soaked in a tropical thunderstorm there!
Really looking forward to seeing you two soon!
Thomas
Hey guys,
Looks like ur still having an amazing time and survived the time in the jungle well with all the snakes, spiders and of course the jaguar. Flo spent his entire time in south america searching and hoping to see a jaguar too and I was always a bit worried we might really see one like u!! N the photos of New Zealand are amazing too, it looks really beautiful!!
Sorry we didn't manage to speak. Really wanted to caatch up with u and unfortunately we don't have a phone at the moment but we r at home every weekend if ur near a phone sometime!!

Loads of luv,
Rách x x

Brilliant to see your article and pictures about our trip through Chile and Argentina. I had an amazing time and hope that you're living your time in SA to the full!! Can't wait to read more about your experiences on this fascinating continent.
Hasta luego!

So many memories!! Thomas and I have just read the blog together and we want to come back to SA! Real life is so dull in comparison to driving around in "The Beast"! Hope you're enjoying Salta and the 20 hour bus ride wasn't too bad xx p.s. I can't believe you put that photo on of me in my cagoule, I'll get my own back Joanna!! xx
I like the sound of dulce de leche!( and steak, empanadas, wine - Homer voice!) Nice to see young Jen on her hols - but sorry not to get a glimpse of Thomas! Keep having fun- lots of love, Mum xx
The buses are brilliant! They sometimes play bingo on them and you get chocolate for breakfast!
Glad you liked the wine tours. We did as the food was so good. I love empanadas!
You're bringing all these memories back!
Have fun,
Nathalie xxx

Hi guys, looks amazing!! Hey guys,
Sorry its taken me so long to actually write, am a bit shit!!! It all looks really amazing and I'm very jealous!! It must have been lovely for u jo to meet ur family in Australia, I always things like that are very special so cos u don't always get the chance to meet people who live so far away. I'm really glad ur having such a great time and uve still got so much to look forward to. Just to let u know too, we've had snow here in Germany since beginning of december and we've still got it, in fact its snowed solid for the last 3 days, I always loved snow but I have to admit u can get too much of a good thing and when u get stuck in it about once every 2 weeks and someone has to push u out it is quite annoying!!
Anyway I'm already looking forward to ur next blog and see what u guys have got up too. Keep having so much fun and take care,
Luv rach x x
Wow! Hi! The photos are fab! Bringing back lots of memories for me. Jo...how is your hair always so perfect and you have so many different clothes?!! Love to you both xxx
Hey Dudes! It looks like you're having a brilliant time in Australia. So envious of the heat - we've had yet more snow here this weekend!! Great to see all your pictures and hear you're news. Thanks again for remembering my birthday - I got such a surprise - amazing girl (and boy!). Missing you lots xxxx
beach babe and surf dude hey guys reading your blog for the first time tonight (slow coach i know) and looks like you're having such an amazing trip! where are the pictures of you riding the waves on Bondi Beach, Mark? Come on, with all those beads you used to wear back in the day, on Whitley Bay...I know you're a real surf dude, you must fit in so well!
Great trip! What a lovely trip you are having, wish we could be there too, haven't been to Australia yet. This is Miles. I have two cousins living in Australia, but don't where they are. One is my aunt Bo's son on my mothers side and the other is my aunt Wink's son on your grand dad's side. Aunt Wink's son is the owner of a large trucking company. His name is Stewart Freater.
Love,
Miles and Ann.
All your experiences sound amazing!! Lucky ducks going to the heat of Sydney tomorrow (it's still freezing here - literally!). It's greta to hear your news from around the globe and nice to see you pop up on facebook every now and thne Joanna!! Lots of love xx
You think you're cold! Great to hear of your Chinese adventures! Its good to see your appetite never lets you down - I can't think who you take after! In the UK we are having the most extreme winter I can remember- may only have been like this once or twice in my life and never in yours - so rather regretful that Mark and his passion for all things weather (or all weather things?) is not able to see the sights e.g. the river Wharfe by the Ings frosen over and completely white! It's a photographer's dream at best and a tavelling nightmare at worst. I have managed all my journeys ok but several inches of snow on the car each morning last week!We have had snow now since before Christmas! Will e mail soon! Take care! xxx
Happy New Year Happy New Year to you both! Hoping you enjoyed some lively celebrations. At the moment there is snow everywhere here, but the sky is blue and the sun is shining. Have just cought up with your last three entries - amazing!! Take Care. Lots of Love, the Storey family.
When we stayed in hue it was flooded. This did not stop us, we went for small walks with water up to our waists. it was like when it snows here, you dont know what is road and what is paving, children were out in paddling pools rowing themselves down the streets and even disappeared down a hole during one walk...... It was hillarious. Are you going to halong bay?
Your hair is getting so long. I wished i had got a coat tailored when i was there. it is very overwhelming, knowing you can literally get anything made for you, and what did i choose a skirt...which i now never wear. I thought it was the best idea considering the lack of space left in my backpack. I was just commenting on my friends coat yesterday and she had got it made there more than 3 years ago.
