My room is lovely, and being on my own is soooooo nice!!! Got a good sleep, then up early for the morning walk. Unlike the last tour, the walk was quickly shortened to a stop at a nearby bakery for deicious croissants and cafe latte. I'd never had a Pistachio Croissant. . . .. I've been converted . . . so tasty. Back to the hotel for breakfast (kind of like the Hobbits . .. breakfast then second breakfast . . . this could be a trend . . . better do a lot of walking to get rid of those calories. The 'tourist' activity for the day was a planned tour of the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, which I'd done some years ago. So, I took the opportunity, along with many others, to take
