I've just finished up my first week of vacation for the Chinese Spring Break - it is a two week holiday that spans over the Chinese New Year. It's the biggest holiday of the year in China - everyone goes home to spend it with their families. Wednesday was Chinese New Years Eve - and I got the opportunity to celebrate it with Bei (a girl who works in HR) and her family. I met Bei when I first arrived - she took care of my medical check-ups and other paperwork stuff - she's a very sweet girl - and she knew I was alone for the holiday and invited me along.
