good to hear good and good Yo...
I haven't added my comments lately, but I wanted to drop you a line real quick. You whole trip has sounded amazing and I can't wait to hear your shocking tale. All of us out in the ATL are doin our thing. I have been traveling like a mad man. I don't think I have been home for more than 4 days staight in a long while. Not that I have to tell you about being home...that seems to be your home at the moment anyway. We are definately having fun in the process. My house is one day away from being completed...renovation shit...so that will be nice. Jed and I are still pimpin on some music...have to get down with the cruck in this area if you want to sell it. We actually have been getting into ethnic drums as of late...you will have to check it out.
Bring some music back if you can. I would like to do a sample project with it!
Hope you don't turn into a sheep soon and I will be in touch. - justin

Snail So here is my question. When ingesting these snails do you leave them in their shells and shuck them out like oysters or is more a stew type dish wherein you cook em up with some carrots and a little beef broth? I have snails in my garden, can I eat those or are they like mushrooms one snail makes you larger, one snail makes you small and the snails that mother gives you, don't do anything at all. Ask Bradford.
Hello Hi Brad,
This is Cheryl Wells. I attended the French Meetup at the Galleria. I'm the one who travelled to Kenya last year. I'm really enjoying reading your journals. I started an Arabic class in September and am really enjoying it. It's a lanquage totally different from English, but I find it very enjoyable. All the best on your stay in Morocco.
US Elections from and Overseas Perspective Brad
The Moroccan/ French perspective on the world in general and elections in particular is most interesting. It's probably difficult for them to understand these things aren't an exercise in US showmanship with predetermined outcomes. And forget trying to explain the Electoral College!
Interesting stuff indeed.

Alif and Fez Hi! I'm so glad I found this blog. Please contine to post and let us know how you get on in Morocco and at Alif - as one day inshaAllah I would like to take a course there, and maybe even move to North Africa or Middle East!
I Love Morocco after read your travel jounal let me remind my wonderful trip in Morocco....i like the moroccan, they are very friendly, i love the moroccan food, Hareera is my favourite soup and chicken tagine...wow its delicous!!!
Enjoy your holiday, have fun!!!
Dumb ass brits That place is a tourist trap and sucks for that. I am glad you had fun at night though...they do no how to throw down. I hope sevilla is not as hot as it was when I was there. You are going to have to find an air conditioning place trust me...if it is that hot. Grub on some papya before you leave and you might get lucky if a bull fight is town. I hope you get to africa and out of europe hell soon. I want to hear bout that shiiizal.

Lagos is tight I remember Lagos...Just cause I have pictures. The women there are fine and agressive. I think I got raped by one. I would try to tell you where to go, but those damn streets are tiny and confusing. Have fun and hook up

Lisbon is a great place...from someone who's been there... Hi Brad, just read your blog on Lisbon. I agree with you on the city it's wonderfull and cities in Europe do have something about them which US cities can't touch.
I live in the US but I've been to Lisbon so many times over the years due to the fact that my parents are Portuguese, I have family there and I've lived there before. I'm glad to see you enjoying yourself.
Try out the Bairro Alto section at night possibly. You can go to a nice Fado bar and listen to some great "Fadistas" singing about their lost sailors at sea or some other sad affair. You mentioned "tasting" Portugal and I can't agree with you more. I've grown up on that stuff and I love it. I've got withdrawls symptoms now too because I'm in China on business and the food here is entirely a different thing. If you like wine, please do yourself a favor and try out the table wines with your meals. At good local restaurants it won't cost you that much. And if you want to treat yourself, try some Vinho do Porto (Port Wine). For me it's one of my favorite drinks. Check out the elevator, Santa Justa near Rua Santa Clara. All the monuments are a must...Torre de Belem and Padrao dos Descobrimentos. If you are into nightlife there are probably some good places to go to at Docas which is located just under the Ponte 25 de Abril (April 25 Bridge). Enjoy yourself...
This blog seems pretty cool. I'm going to join and post some pics and comments on China.
Ate logo, boa sorte...

Ahoy! May good fortune find you on your journey. Do not forget to place prophelactics in your rucksack, as good fortune does not reveal its time or place. Happy trekking! Cheers!
Great list. Welcome to travelblog! Nice to see the contents of someone else's backpack! Have you seen the "travelling light" thread in the forum? http://www.travelblog.org/Forum/Threads/94-1.html - I made the same kind of list for my last long trip - how heavy is the whole?
WHOA I think this is crazy you are going over there. I envy thee. I am glad you have inventory...you can track just how much the trip cost in items lost. Hey, maybe you will pick up some shit along the way to make up for it!
Life in Fez, my travels in Morocco and surrounding countries, my attempt to learn Arabic, and a whole host of other interesting things that I write for no one in particular on no particular subject.... full info
