After all these years... You'd think they'd be done reconstucting the Sagrada Famila by now. Looks like the same cranes from when I was there 6 years ago!
Croatia Wow, you guys really got caught up on the blog. Your pictures are fantastic, and your spelling is improving Jay. I'm starting to get excited about our trip. Won't be long now. The weather still looks pretty fantastic compared to BC at the moment. Love Mom
I was impressed... Sounds like a good time. But I can't help to comment that I was very impressed through the article by the lack of spelling mistakes from Jay-bird.... of course, you did somewhat screw that up in the last sentence by spelling HungAry wrong. That's the Jay I know!
Adventures Your adventure so far seems to have been exciting and a learning experience . With Halloween coming up I hope to hear a story of how other countries celebrate, and perhaps a picture or 2 lol. Happy trails and keep writing

c'ect merveilleux Wow, such beautiful pictures of Paris. Of course I am "jalouse "mais some day I will see the same places. You did so well in only 3 days! Love Mom/Lauretta
Interesting I have stumbled onto your web site via facebook. So far your adventure seems amazing. I chose to comment on this blog because when my friends and I have a few cold ones we tend to think we can play the spoons as well, haha. I hope the rest of your trip is awesome.

Oh my Not a lot I can say, but I'll try to pick my jaw up off the floor and muster a 'wow'. Pretty beautiful country you guys are in!
I guess the thing I really want to know (and others probably do too), 'you didn't actually eat the haggis did you Alex? And the pudding?'
Breaking in to Buckingham Palace The thing is, climbing the fence to break into Buckingham Palace may not actually be a half bad plan. Sure, it is blatantly obvious, but we all know those guards won't move for anything! To stop you, they'd have to move - since that is out, you are in!
hi hi jay,

good start to the trip I certainly endorse the suggestion that you have back-up copies of your ID. If you continue with this pattern of behaviour you will need all resources to remember who you are and where you came from. Keep it up!

We live and work on the beautiful west coast of Vancouver Island, Canada but travel feeds our soul. We can only live in paradise for so long before our desire to explore must be satisfied. Past adventures have seen us tramp around Europe for six months, live/work/travel around the beaches of Australia for another six months, Beijing, Colombia, the madness of India, all throughout Canada/USA closer to home and (comparitively) boring all-inclusive trips to Mexic... full info
