Peru Trek 2009 - The training and the trip

Welcome all to my mini travel blog. I am taking part in the Inca trail this October which will be for me an experience of a lifetime, I will be putting myself through some extreme physical challenges and I will be facing some of the toughest endurances I have ever known. The trip will kick off on 16th October however for now I am in training and taking in some amazing sites along the Suffolk coastline.
