Greetings I remember the first time I was in a situation with people who greeted everyone with a hug and kiss on the cheek. I was very caught off guard and uncomfortable with this. I could hug them back but don't think I ever returned the kiss! This was with a business associate of dad's and they came to visit us at our home, so it felt more ackward to me. Hopefully it gets more comfortable for you when that is the way everyone does it, kind of like a handshake for us.
