Hua Hin Weekend Great blog entry, Jordan. All of your fans certainly appreciate the improved spelling. Did you discover a spellcheck function on travelblog?
Did I mention that about 2 months ago the travel section of the NY Times ran an article about Hua Hin? The writer recommended it highly as a beach resort that is not overly crowded and touristy. It sounds like you had a fantastic time. You boarded the train a paleface. And in the picture of you playing guitar, you look burnt to a crisp!
Love you,
Mom

Kao Yai National Park Wow! Reading your blog made me feel as if I were right there with you. Dad and I will definitely want to see this when we come for our visit. Minus the leeches. Love you, Mom
The oldest city You reminded me of my studies spent in AIT (Asian Institute of Technology), just few minutes to Ayutthaya. This place is so quiet and you even climb to the ruins and do the buddha position. all the best. rey
Traveling = fun experience No grammer needed. The students speak some basic stuff. I am lucky and have Thai teachers that can translate for me in the classroom. Basically you just do dialogues with them and practice pronunciation.
I went through a recruiter which TEFL set up for me. They find and pay for housing and you make about 30,000 baht a month which is twice as much as the average seasoned veteran Thai teacher. check out Dave's ESL cafe. Great website.
snooralous HAAH! I love it! I am definately one of those ... snooralous .. . ... Your journey to work (and that is a journey) is definately one for the books. your pics are amazing and I love you and miss you so much. Ed is booked up all summer in the most amazing music festivals - I am so pumped to go see! I move in like 10 days. I am so excited. I am glad I am hearing from you .... stay safe and Ill drink some good old JD - american whiskey - for you tonight!!! :-) all my love !!!!!!!!!!

Yay! A new blog! Stop whining! I've been waking up at 5:30 for the past 15 years that I've been teaching. Your uncle Marv did it for 35 years. No, really, I appreciate that you are making a huge adjustment in your sleep/wake cycle. You'll get used to it.
The pictures look great. You both look so serene and peaceful. Are you getting into the Zen thing? It sounds like you working really hard. I hope you are resting and having fun on the weekends. Great to hear from you.
Love,
Mom
