Hey Everyone!! Well after a tearful goodbye to our families in Dublin Airport, a flight to London, a very LONG flight to Bangkok and a taxi ride we finally made it to our hotel (Rambuttri Village Inn Plaza) which is located just off Khoa San Road. We were pleasantly surprised with our hotel, its very clean, has a fridge, free wifi, rooftop pool and right outside, there are many lovely restaurants and markets, plus its only 2 mins away from Khoa San Road (which is just like any Spanish Holiday Resort...a strip of bars, markets and food stalls). Countdown is well and truely underway now only 74 days to go until we head off :) Ian is trying to do a map of our route but its proving harder than we thought lol and doesnt seem to be showing up on our profile but here is a basic outline of our travel plans: Set off from our home town of Dublin, Ireland - North Thailand - Laos - Vietnam - Cambodia - South Thailand - Malaysia - Singapore - Australia - New Zealand - Chile - Argentina - Bolivia - Peru - Brazil - Home to Dublin :) Were both in major planning mode and very excited to set off on our trip of a lifetime!!!
