Pink flower Hi guys, glad you're having a great time. The pink flower is called torch ginger. And I think the orchid is a phalenopsis.

Hilton Head Hi...everyone is doing great. Saw Greg Russell last night. Kids enjoyed it. Ate at Steamers with Joe, Patty, Christy, and Katie on Tuesday. Saw some Dolphins this early morning. A fishing boat was setting just off shore in front of our place. Sarah was very excited to see them.......she woke up the little girls so they could see them. Jeff and Mary will arrive about 7PM today.
Tried to call about 10AM, but couldn't get through. Got to go....Delaney wants to go to the pool.
How can we attach some pictures?
Hi Jen..the hotel looks fabulous and the trip sounds like a blast so far! I hope you continue to have fun and don't worry about anything back here at the office!
Pedicure is not too bad, considering all the swimming. If I have time I'll get another and a "reflexology" foot massage. I could have done it in the city of Hua Hin, but I wanted to go shopping instead.
HI AGAIN! Hi Jen and Mark.
Your place looks awesome. A little more scenic than Ohio, huh? I have to be a geek and tell you that the great smelling white flowers are PLUMERIA! They had them all over Maui and I couldn't get enough of the fragrance. Ahhh...the tropics. Enjoy.
Denise
Is there such a thing as too much heat? Oh sure, rub it in about the heat! The temperatures in Ohio since we have been back are not much warmer than Iceland. The pool looks awesome and sounds a lot better than me making a mad dash in 59 degree weather to get into the very warmly heated pool. I was surprised to hear that you flew over Iceland. Yes, it was a very nice short flight! Well, I must get going. I can't wait to compare our photos of seals swimming among the icebergs to your elephants in the heat! Icelanders would freak to have elephants wandering around - the polar bear that landed from Greenland caused a national crisis!
By the way, Jen, how is the pedicure holding up?
When will we be in the same time zone? I'm glad you had a great time. I was thinking about you as we flew over Iceland. (And also thinking it was a much shorter flight!) I'm sure we will have extremely different stories to tell. I can't wait to hear yours!
We love your blog! Hi Mark and Jen! Wow - what a long plane/van ride! Paige just loves the big elephant statue that you saw! We're looking forward to "hearing" more about your trip! Keep those entries coming - we're reading!! Have a great time and we're glad that you made it there safely! Lynn, Mark, Paige and Megan
We're Back! Hey, Mark and Jen! So glad you guys are doing this. We are just back from our amazing trip and hope you have half as good a time! I can't wait for some warm weather after hanging out with the glaciers and icebergs, but I wouldn't have traded it for a beach vacation ever. Just wanted to tell you we are thinking about you travelling to the other side of the world!
hello? Are you there? I thought I sent a comment, but apparently it did not work. Have a great trip. Don't drink the water and don't eat any weird looking meat! Or at least that is what we learned from China. ;) Can't wait to see pictures. Hope you get sleep.
Denise
bon voyage! Let us know when you arrive! I am excited to see your blog. Here is my advice after China: Have fun and don't eat any funny-looking meat. Ask Henry.

We're Mark and Jen and we're travelling to Thailand for a wedding. Much of our family will be vacationing in Hilton Head, SC while we are away. We hope this blog will help us keep in touch with family and friends.
