I am so glad to hear that you are feeling better. The bones chapel sounds really interesting you will have to tell me more details later but the boat ride looked beautiful and what a fun night with the flamenco show. Cant wait to see how you enjoy the other areas in Spain.

Happy to hear from you!
Hi darling. So happy to hear from you and to hear that you're feeling better and having a blast in Spain. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pictures! You look good and healthy! Can't believe the time is winding down and you only have a 1 1/2 weeks left of your adventure. Can't wait to hear about your visit to the Alhambra and I think you'll enjoy Madrid and Valencia. Valencia will give you another opportunity to visit the beach and take in the coastal views. Madrid is full of history and gorgeous architecture and museums. And BTW, I wonder what made Pablo go out and get his ear pierced? Can't wait to read your next entry! xoxo.

Morocco
We love our time in Morocco. I got car sick coming down the Atlas Mountains a little too fast. :)

Glad you're feeling better!
Hi little girl. So glad to hear you're feeling better and that you had a marvelous time in Morocco. The pictures you've posted have been just incredible---with the exception of the snakes, which I could have gone entire lifetime without seeing. I was showing the pictures to Destiny and the kids and we are all hoping that the gentleman next to you in the snake picture is neither Pablo nor Chris (ha ha). Snakes, camels, scorpions, sand storms and food poisoning aside, I'm hoping this last leg of your journey is equally as wonderful and enlightening. We miss you lots, but are so happy to hear that you are having the time of your life and meeting new and interesting people along the way. I have no doubt that when you return, you'll be a new woman with a new lease on life and ready to start the next chapter--whatever it may be; wherever it may take you. BTW, dad, Jacob, Mia and I just returned from a week in Vancouver, BC. We had a great time. Took a day trip to Whistler, which is where they held the 2010 Winter Olympics. Come to find out, flying on a sea plane was on dad's bucket list, so I treated him and the kids to a 35 minute flight, which took them over some local glaciers, rivers, lakes and beautiful mountains. Dad loved it. The kids enjoyed it as well, although when I asked Jacob what his favorite part was, he responded "landing safely." In typical Jacob fashion, he told me that he got to sit next to the pilot and he spent the entire trip looking at what the pilot was doing in the event he (Jacob) had to take over the controls and land the plane. Oy vey. Anyway, take care of yourself and above all else, have fun, take it all in and of course, be careful. Love ya darling!

Interesting Tidbit
No combination of Paul Rudd, Samuel L. Jackson and Kevin Bacon have never been in a movie together. Think about how many movies they've been in?

I am glad you made it safely (:
Coutney , I am glad you made it safely and that you had very kind and funny taxi drivers. That story from Josh would have really scared me /: California love ... That would have made my day !! The pictures of the mosque look beautiful. Can't wait to see more pics

If I survive this trip, it'll be a miracle!
So have you ever seen the movie "Taken" with Liam Neeson? My mind immediately went there as I was reading Josh's story about his ex-girlfriend. Just as I was starting to feel faint, I read on to see that you arrived safely and had not been kidnapped into some sex trafficking organization. I have to say that I must have laughed for 10 minutes reading about your exchange with Hammed. Only you would come up with Gerard Depardieu. Can't wait for you to join your group so I can feel a bit calmer about this leg of your trip. Be careful, but have fun. And don't forget to pick up a fez for dad--he'll need it if he ever joins the Foreign Legion.

Very sweet
He's spot on with "prenda". It's one of the many awesome things about you!

Great photos!
Thanks for sharing some of the sights! No wonder why you are so enchanted to stay. Maybe you can open some kind of business for dogs? Dog walking so you can wander around AND be a model citizen by cleaning up after the dogs?

Enjoy the down time for the brain
Seriously, what a gift to your brain to give it no purpose at all but just to be and immerse yourself in the environment around you. Love that you shared your book and music selections for your trip. Definitely fills out the picture. Enjoying your blog so much!

Yay for new shoes!
As much as I'd miss you, go explore! The Bay Area will always be here waiting to hug you when (if!) you return.

Where in the world is Pablo?
So you now have 3 days to share a picture of Pablo....your followers are anxiously waiting. You've kept us all in the dark for almost a month!

Haha! Cliffhanger! I think he's on vacation. Haven't seen him & his restaurant's been closed for four days.
25th July 2014

Hi darling!
Sorry it's been a few days since I've posted on your blog or sent you an email. I was actually out in Westlake most of this week attending a meeting. In any event, as usual, dad and I got a chuckle out of your posts. He especially got a kick out of your telling Pablo about the chalk incident. Leave it to dad to come up with such an idea. Well, we've been contemplating your idea of living abroad. Can't quite wrap my mind around that one. Let's see...4 years of college and 2 of graduate school...not sure a yoga studio or bakery was what I had in mind. BUT, that said, in the end all we care about is that you're happy, healthy and safe. So, if that's the direction life takes you, so be it. Your happiness, peacefulness and personal fulfillment comes before anything. We loved the photos that you posted. This is your last week there so enjoy every moment and take every last bit in. And who knows, maybe you'll be back to open up that yoga studio.

It was no coincidence she found your blog. I think she was meant to give you that message that you needed to hear. Love you!

I wish I could have been there with you to see the flamingo show, especially the part where you got up to dance. How do you make home-made deodorant?
25th July 2014

The baths sound amazing! That would definitely be one of my top picks while on vacation. Glad your loving your trip so far.

Your pictures are amazing! That mint lemonade looks so good - I might have to find me a juice shop today! :) Also, I love/hate the idea of you never coming home! I don't even want you to live in Walnut! :( But I can also see it and see how happy you'd be! The only "travel" social work I know of, is trauma work :/ So, I vote yoga studio!!!! ;)
