I don't see what the fuss is about the goats head, it's less gruesome than processed meat... And I'm sure many people eat that without battering an eyelid! With regards to dogs, the majority of people in Hong Kong are actually against the consumption of dog meat, whereas in the U.S people hunt animals for 'sport'...

About the guide dog- (of course, lol) IS that dog a husky? It looks like one or at least a husky mix. That is so amazing that it acted as your guide. Was it well fed? Did you give it some food and water in case? IT appears to have four paws in the pic, what's the deal with that? was it a different dog-the 3-paw one? IT also appears to be a puppy and yet it has clearly had babies! Was it young? love you Genny. Bring me home a souvenir!

I know you think we might look tan, but in reality it is just a nice little layer or dirt on us. :) We have learned so much in the last month and we have 4 more to go! We play this little game called - 'what would you eat' - where we talk about what we would order from back home. ha ha
