Inca Cola? Hi Gemma,
Looks fantastic, is this the same area that they went to in the Inca Cola book?
Loved the beach with the whales - even more jealous now than I was before...

Loving the Blog Hi Gemma - loving your entries and because we were without power for a while it has been fun catching up with them all at once. Certainly seems as though you are having a great time, what a wonderful experience and I'm enjoying living it vicariously. Take care, love, Christine x
Amazing ruins Great photos Gemma! Appears that the archeological dig goes on & on...You are getting used to sleeping under canvas by now too! The beach sounded lovely. Winter has hit the UK so am enjoying all the sunny photos from South America.
Hats Off To You I agree Gemma, I think you'd look a bit silly in that hat - I reckon it might be a bit big and a bit of a hassle asking the bloke in the shop to get it down for you, but hey you'd never get sunburnt.
Good luck in Peru.
Miffed Gemma, I honestly feel cheated, as I got to see photos 2,3 & 4, but what happened to photo 1. Think I'll start a campaign for it to be published - who's with me???
Keep up the good work and fun.
Very impressed with the jump/swing Gemma!! Enjying the blogs - looks like you are having a brilliant time. Hope you're meeting lots of nice people too. Have a fabulous time. xx
He was demonstrating that if you burn an old termite nest, the smoke is an insect repellent.... Not sure about the insects, but it kept us all away, it stank!
