Glaciers Did you get chance to turn any of the glacier yellow and leave your mark? Plus, after all that trekking you would think that you might have lost some weight....
Living through you! Thought I'd let you know I'm still keeping up to date with your antics!
I was chatting to a girl we met in Brazil yesterday and she and her sister have been in South America for 14 months now! They're stuck - they love it! Moving on to AUs soon just to earn some more money but she's thinking about going back!
Keep the updates coming!

A great travel writer 3 inch your trip seems to get better and better! I think South America is clearly a great place to go - very jealous mate. Just a shame you can't lay any of these fellow travellers, my advice is more alcohol....
Sounds like "It's A Knock-Out" for Easter Islanders. I'd noticed the lack of travel partners too, but had assumed that Luke and Mike had stolen them. :-)
Birds The Birdman cult is not that exciting really. A group of the strongest young men swam to a rock about 3km´s off Easter Isl. They wait there for the first birds egg of the season to be laid, the first person back with an intact egg got to marry a virgin and become the ´Birdman´ for the next year!
And, I don´t I ever really had ´it´ in the first place.
An interesting way of thinking - to spend your life preparing for your death.
Go on, tell us about the bird-men and the virgins; people will only go and look it up on the internet for the boring version if you don't.
This brings back memories Glad to see you are having fun - brings back memories of K and I in 1991 going round Asia by bus n train. The Mountain biking and rappelling looks fun. (you know my email...)
The new hair I like your new look hair style big mouse, especially when wearing your cowboy hat. Was it for a bet? Just like the time when you had that surfer look last year?
Seriously though, loving your tales and snaps. You make my trip seem thoroughly dull...but at least I am also on a trip! And I too have done some serious wine tasting here near Sydney.
Skinny dip?? Like the hair cut goode! Glad to see the spanish is coming in handy. Not sure whether it's your flesh coloured kegs or if you were skinny dipping in the waterfall but all looks good fun!
mid 2005 - It was time to either start getting serious about my job and get onto that property ladder or blow all available cash on a round the world trip. Here are the results...
