caution a good thing Well, I'm glad you get a bit of an adrenalin rush when you near the edge of a cliff, makes me feel better. The pictures are awesome. I can't imagine such an adventure in a U.S. high school--too much perceived risk and liability. You'd probably have to enroll in a NOLS course or something. It is a lot of fun seeing the people you're with. I really want you to do an entry on your host family and post their pictures. Everett asked about you yesterday. He said, "What is Drew like?" That tells me that the physical sensation of you being around is fading a bit for him. It would be nice if you could post some pictures of where you live and introduce your family so that he can see you more. Today at the fellowship, he shared in joys and concerns that his brother would be back when he's six. That's what he tells everyone, "Drew will be back when I'm six."
Anyway, great seeing all the pictures of your classmates.
The city is the place to be! I haven't been to New York for at least 10 years but that sounds like what I did in London: wander around and go to museums. But if you want some heavy-duty haggling, go to some eastern European markets. Glad you are doing good.
beautiful weather in Anchorage Hi Drew. I finally found your site. The link from facebook has a .com rather than a .org. You might want to change that. Michelle had tried to locate you without success from the link.
I made it back to Newark in record time on the Long Island Railroad. I am really glad to be back home with 70 degrees and sunshine, especially after that east coast heat wave.
Dad is in Michigan and will visit Fountain Hill over the weekend. Wiley is headed to Palmer tonight but running with the x-c team this morning. Coach Joe is taking over the team and Coach Kimball is sitting out the season because they have a new baby.
We're anxious to hear details about your travel and first impressions of Norway. Keep us posted. We love you.
Beautiful weather in Anchorage Hi Drew, I finally found your travel blog. Michelle had been looking for it as well. When she went to facebook and clicked on the link, she couldn't get there. I realized after looking at facebook myself that you had given the link a .com instead of a .org. You might want to change that.
Anyway, I navigated back to Newark in record time, paying the extra $5 to ride the Long Island Railroad. It's good to be back in Anchorage after that NY heatwave. We are having full sunshine and 70 something degrees. I am wondering what the weather might be like over in Norway and how your flights were. Keep us updated. We're anxious to hear the news and see pictures.
Dad is in Michigan and will travel to the Fountain Hill farm for the weekend. Wiley is going to the summer-get-together tonight. I hope the fabulous weather holds. We love you.
