!! That's SOOOOO cool that you got to see Glen Hansard and JOSH RITTER! In Spain! I'm jealous. I hope you're learning lots and lots, and I can't wait to hablar en castellano contigo cuando regresaras! Miss you friend :)
Hey Adam! Thanks for the postcard. Glad you're doing well and that teaching is agreeing with you!
I'll bookmark your blog and check in periodically to see how you're doing and to learn a few things about Madrid!

Really enjoying your travelogue... This looks like it was a great trip and I'm glad you're finding the time to write about (and photograph!) this whole experience. Can't tell you how proud I am of you...and I hope, of course, that it doesn't embarrass you too much for me to mention that in my 'comment.'
Very Cool Hey, Adam
This is really exciting (I know that I am pretty far behind and out of the loop) I just wanted to let you know that the fencing club is ridiculously proud of you (we told all the newbies this year about your awesomness), we are cheering you on back here in the bubble!!!
Enjoy Madrid! I lived there for two years and can't wait to go back. If you want to get to know the city a little better, try taking one of the podcast tours of Madrid by Sputnik Guides. You can find them on iTunes or by googling Sputnik Guides. One more piece of advice - if you ever want to learn anything, like better Spanish, or the guitar, or anything like that, you will find that you can trade lots of people for an English lesson. It is like a golden currency! Be careful with the people looking for the Spanish/English exchanges - a lot of them are really looking for a date. But I had great luck with exchanging English for guitar and dance lessons.
How's it going? I know your'e busy but I thought I'd drop anote to see how things are going and see more photos of the area.
Not to worry there is much time ahead and the scheduele you have must be eating up your time like crazy.
forgive the spelling and such, as I'm trying toget my old typing speed back, but that's reallynot going to happen with any
accuracy.. Nope thar's flaws in the manyooscript, matey!
Very nice! Great work Adam ! I hope there's more in the near future and the best of luck with everything.
Those are some great photos, and I'm really surprised at how clean everything seems to be!
No wonder you might want to stay there, I would chance it, that is if I brushed up on my spanish...
Comprende Amigo? Si!
Wow When are we going to hear about the first teaching experience? Man, if I wasn't scared to death of teaching high school hellions I'd so be down for trading with you. I just finished my first day of law school and and I can tell you I would take Madrid-and its dry climate-any day of the week.
You lucky bastard.
