Great Blog! Hey, these blogs and their photos are great! Feel like I'm travelling SA with you. Did the 'Lost world' have a feeling anything like Tassie's Central Plateau? or am I being too parochical for words?!
Do you have any more photos of the cable car - next time I'm over there I must take a look in. Take care and good travelling.
Life is Beautiful! Evan. Its happy days! Lving ya blog and the many-a-story which you continue to so-well put together..You continue to transfer me away from my work duties, for that I thank-u! Continue the adventures and I look forward to hearing all about em'
Jesus Evan, no wonder you want to throw out your Lonley Planet, you are a walking guide book! Still, do you think you could include a few more facts in the next blog? I found it a bit light on the statistics re population (with a breakdown of specific ethnic minorities if possible).
Thanks!

the wonderful Brazil! Hey Mate. Sounds like a blast. It's making me wish I was back there. I have the exact same photo of me at Chrito. It really changes the way I looked at Rio. We ended up in a back street of Santa Teresa late one night. That's not a place I want to visit again.
Look after yourself. Huw.
Fantastic mate. Beautiful photos (again!). Pity didn't get to talk more on the phone the other day... but this makes up for it... the place sounds great, and topped off by meetings with random strangers on chair lifts and restaurant-owners - that's what travelling is all about. Glad you got to see the Amazon! catch you soon. bd
Flying On Hopefully your flights work out and Brasil provides you with some rough and raw travel. Fuck man, I am getting itchy feet and hunger pains reading your blog. I think I should see a Doc, or maybe just go travelling too.. Great pics and words by the way. Happy days!!
hey mate. seems everyone's doing this photographing- my-favourite-toy-or-garden-gnome-in-famous-far-away-places thing. he he. very cute. glad to see it's finally stopped raining there. unfortuately also stopped in melbs too and the garden's looking a bit ragged... glad you got the ipod. talk soon. bd.
To sleepy Very nice. I always knew he was a yuppie bear.
If only I could get my USB cord working...I`ve got some awesome Sleepy related shots too...Good post, but how is the weather???!!!
ah, the french Ah, the french never fail to disappoint in that respect, tightly holding onto their cultural ways unlike any other!! but alas you must love them for that.

Now that's what I call priorities! I guess that means you'll just have to go back again some day
