Fantastic entry Emily. We really enjoyed your interesting blog entry. You have skillfully combined historical facts, photography and personal perceptions so effectively that I felt that I was right there. Perhaps you could sell that entry to Lonely Planet. It sounds like you are getting a taste of winter but would like a bit more. It's -30 degrees celcius here today so possibly I could share that with you. Good luck and keep the travel adventures coming. Linda, Leslie and Matthew from Canada
I feel like I'm there! Hi Emily, may I just say that your journal is creative and picturesque, so much so that i don't feel like I need to travel to those places now, you have described them so beautifully. Norwich sounds like a place worth visiting. I look forward to our recommendations of where we should go when we visit Britain, especially any spectacular gardens you come across. Good luck to you. xxx
Loved it! Hi Phlemmy!
I loved that blog! You are making me very jealous!!! It sounds like you are having a magic time, oh god I wish I was there!!
Love you xxoo
Your local knowledge astounds me... I do understand that you are a history student, but how do you remember all that stuff! I was on all the same tours, shopping trips, fish and chippery visits etc, etc and ive already managed to put my short term memory out of a job (I am hoping that my long term memory will kick in in about 20 years so i can fill my children in on the trip). Keep it up my friend, i know where i am refering all the family and friends interested in my travels too....he he, cashing in.....
I didn't get a chance to say goodbye and good luck!!! Hope it all goes well. Your travel blog makes great reading and I'm sure I'll hear plenty from Pam! xxx Can't wait to hear more........
Warm Sounds like Norwich is positively toasty. I was in Hakodate (Hokkaido, Japan) the other day and I can honestly say I have never been colder - ever. Sapporo was -2.5 Celcius and warm by comparison!
Hope the weather holds for you and have a chipper time!
