Comment from the Quebec Girl Dear Ryan:
I am glad to hear that you have enjoyed your stay in both Montreal and Quebec. I entirely agree with you: maple products are delicious and Quebec girls are hot!
Next time you come back East, you have to make a detour by my house for some pate a la viande and tarte au sucre!
I look forward to see you in few days!
Laurence
Welcome home! Hey, Ryan, glad you made it back after more than 19 months away. Quite the adventure, and quite the adventurer! We'll look forward to your "official" return to Lotusland on the west coast soon. - Gerry
Hey Ry, this trip is going great I see. Nice photos and some good stories... What's next? Vancouver is same old same old... take your time coming home!
Heh Hi Ryan.. I have been following your trip and all your blogs have been great. This latest trek looked particularly impressive and I wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your words and photos. Take good care and safe journey. Annette
keep on treking Wow, finally at the top of the world. Congrat's. Stay a bit - log some time. There is no rush other than the one you are having - Oh and have a CHANG on me next time won't you.
Sssssssssssssnakes Hey Ry, great photos! Looks and sounds like you're having a blast man, keep it up! I think you should be able to get closer to that cobra by now... or is the phobia getting worse!? Cya later!
Yachties Unite! langer, sure would have been something for the YC to be in Shanghai for New Years, something for the future for sure. You going to see the notorious Brown brother while in China?
Lang the Loner! Hey buddy! Glad to hear you got to go to Ha Long bay - it looks great. We had quite a nice ride actually from Hanoi, nothing near as bad as RJ and Graham. 3 days spent river tubing made us feel great/washed up so now we're in Luang Prabang. Talk to u soon man!
tough choice Ryan, hard to image that you would pass on new years in Vancouver(wind, rain, cold weather), for life in paradise ..glad to see you arrived safe and sound in Thailand and without your "friend"...dad
I'm really interested in your views on foreign aid....a couple of drinks it is. You know, whenever you're back in the country :)
I'm also interested in your cooking abilities....what IS that?
Huh.... Now see, if I taught the kids the "diarrhea" song I'd have to back it up with evidence showing that it covers some sort of Presribed Learning Outcome...
Sounds like the kids are loving you....and you them. Happy Thanksgiving!
It's not about the destination, it's about The Journey...My 19 month trip around the world is now, unfortunately, over. I don't know when I'll get out again but hopefully it won't be too long before I get to explore more of the world. Enjoy the stories and feel free to ask questions.
