in charge Who is handling logistics? Are you like me on your field trips? Tell me where to be at what time and then just enjoy? Your activities look exciting. Hope the kids appreciate it.
envious Weather looks great and the kids are more diverse than I expected. Hope they are good kids with senses of humor. Guess you will not be celebrating 4th of July "down under." Will have Jan eat a hot dog in your honor. Be safe.
Inspiration/Motivation/Re-dedication Today was an inspirational day! Our students really started to understand than in just a few years, they could be a student walking on this prestigious campus and not just taking an awesome tour. I believe that they realized the hard work and dedication that they must have towards their studies. Today was a motivating and inspirational opportunity for our children to rededicate themselves to be successful in education so that they could one day soon, be apart of a college/university campus experience. I love to see them walking the streets of Boston in their Harvard University Hoodies. I hope they truly Reach for the Stars and Dream Big for the Future!
Plimoth with an "i" What a fabulous day we had on the plantation. The actors and actresses taught us so much about the era. Our students really got a taste of the history of our nation.
Dancing Tigers Boy, can these tigers dance! Ms. Lewis sure knows how to "get down" and boogie at the Hard Rock. The children had a wonderful dinner and enjoyed the entertainment from the servers.
Tigger is Flying High on this Boston Trip Hey, Tigger the Tiger from North Miami Beach, Florida. You look so comfortable on that airplane. We were fortunate to have a smooth flight for both planes. Tigger visited many of us on the airplane and accompanied us throughout the day on our exciting excursions. He didn't complain, but I think he was just a little cold. He had yummy food from the food courts for lunch and dinner and I am sure he is now tucked in his hotel room. I know that he is looking forward to another exciting day of activities and learning opportunities. Mrs. Kushi is happy to report that our students are enjoying their time in Boston and is very proud of them. They are representing their families and our school in such a positive way. Our teachers are so wonderful and helpful and we appreciate them all. We love our parent chaperones too! They are all taking such good care of all of our students. Ms. Kushi thanks you all! We especially want to thank Ms. Messinger for all that she does to make our Boston experience the very BEST!
Good Group of Students I am so very proud to be apart of such a wonderful group of students and chaperones. The HOM Tiger Boston Trip is AaaaaaMmmmAaaaazing!!!
The Green Monster This was such a great experience. We had a comprehensive tour of the 100 year old stadium and heard lots of great stories. Marley Felder even got a baseball thrown to her by the players who were warming-up before the game. Then when we went to the Prudential Tower and went to the 50th floor to get a great view of the city, we saw Fenway Park all lit up in the middle of a game. We had a great day!!!
