Hey thank you so much...I really do appreciate the comments back. Makes me feel like I am able to catch up with every single one of my friends and family. You are right we will figure each other out and I am sure it will work out in the end...I am just going to focus on the experience and the gift I have been given. I def LOVE london!
HEY!!! Hey-So glad you sent this to me...I forwarded it on to Garrett. Anyway, I hope all is going well there. It is not easy living with all different personalities under one roof. However, the experience will well out weigh any clashing with the flat mates. Glad you have the outlet of your blog. I will be sure to check periodically and write to ya.
We are thinking of you and we will see you soon. Michele
get over it You need to help your room mates "get over it" - Americans come across as very arrogant and because they have not traveled before they are probably fitting the stereotype - Americans are so use to, and spoiled by, unlimited fresh foods, sterile living conditions and large competative markets that it takes some getting use to another culture's environment. They need to go with the flow and make the best of it. Please try and make up for thier complaints by praising and thanking the locals when you can so we can improve their opinion of us americans.
I grew up in San Diego, California, and attend the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. I am studying abroad in London for the Spring Semester of 2008. I apologize for all of the grammatical errors, but I do not have time to reread or edit.... full info
