Munich
Sounds like you're having tons of fun in Munich. Pictures are great. While you had a cute car, it must be nice to be rid of it. I don't know how you were able to do all that driving. Safe journey to Italy! Love, Meredith

Luge!!
So the castle is simply stunning. The countryside is gorgeous, and the ducks are really cute! So much better than pigeons. :) How was the luge?? It looked really fun! BTW, I did the conversion of your latest car fill-up---OUCH is right! And we thought prices here were bad. Have fun!! Love, Meredith

Loved the cathedral pics in Munich...it looks fantastic. Looks as though Tyler and Doug enjoyed their beer. Looking forward to the next posting as you go through the Alps to Italy. Love, Joan/Todd We love you Tyler and look forward to seeing you in July. I hope you will tell us all that you experienced on your travels. Love, Grandma and Grandpa W.

Thanks for the ride
Hi Doug, Charlene and Family: It's facinating traveling with you, on your adventures through Germany and the Czech Republic. We're enjoying the pictures and descriptions of your day. The TravelBlog is a great way to share your experiences and thoughts in a new culture. I will need to do the same when Lani and I head to Europe next month. All is well, here at the Progressive ranch. Keep the journal and pictures coming. Give my best to the Pope and tell him I'll send pictures of our Bodega Bay camping this weekend. Travel safe.

Enjoying the blog
Hi to everyone. I am so enjoying the trip through the blog. Looking forward to more. Jesse

Wonderful commentary of your trip to Prague and back. The beer tasting sounded great..YUM!. The Autobahn sounded a little hairy. I don't think I would like traveling over 100 mph in a small car. The pics of the old buildings are wonderful. Love to all, Joan/Todd

WOW
I love all your pictures and commentary. Its like a movie I can't wait to read about every day. Hope you guys are having fun in Munich. Wish I was there. Charlene it looks like we'll have a lot of scrapbooking to do when you get home. Just kidding. Guten tag! Doug can you get that ford to go any faster? Take care, Jessica

Hello!
I guess you never got my last comment. It looks beautiful, the old buildings are something we're certainly not used to seeing back here in Sacramento. Sounds like you're having a great time. Did you mention to the Pilsner Urquell people what a mess that Budweiser makes of their recipe when they do it over here? I was rather disappointed that you did not include the Czech version of Laverne and Shirley with you photos. Can't wait to see you all and here more about your trip. Don't worry, I've already began the lobbying here at work for the beer vending machine. Take care.

Praha!
Prague looks interesting, although not as quaint as some of the other places. The castle looked amazing. Mark and I are jealous! What's up the clock tower and a monkey and a rope...? Did you ever find out? Pictures are great. Glad meeting up with Micah worked out. Looking forward to more entries..... Love, Meredith

Great Photos
Hi Everyone, Love the photos and the descriptions of your journey's. I will be excited to read the next installment "and did they find a detailed map? Did they enjoy the true wonders of Prague?" Anyway, it sounds like you are having a grand time. Hugs to all, big hug to Tyler. Love Janice/Grandma

Hello!
The pictures look amazing, you must be having a great time. Seeing how the pictures have intrigued me as much as they have, I can only imagine what it must be like to be there in person. I hope this doesn't ruin you trip or anything, but, 1.49 euros per liter is about $8.75 per gallon if my math is correct. Thank you GWB! By the way, Doug. Tiger birdied a 12-foot putt on the 18th to force a playoff with Mediate. Poor Rocco, he has about as much of a chance today as 8-tracks do at making a comeback. Happy travels!

Great review and pics
Enjoyed the pictures and the description of the Prague area. Sounds as though you are having quite an advernture. Hope all continues to go well for all of you and you will be able to find your way around without too much difficulty. What a great experience for Tyler and Rhiannon! Love, Tyler's Grandma Joan

Hello
Glad to here that you are having such a good time. We are getting excited to meet up with you! On a final note, the narrative is great, I feel like I am there. Tell Bubba, his sister keeps asking for him, she will be excited to see him, as will I. Love you guys, Bran

Rothenburg
Just read Rhiannon's commentary on this area and she described it in such a way I felt I was there. Rhiannon, you are very creative and talented and narrated beautifully. I will look forward to more entries as you visit Bavaria. Say Hi to Tyler. We love you. Grandma and Grandpa W.

Sounds like fun!
Hi Travelers, Just a note to say hello. The blog was such a good idea, I really enjoyed the pictures they are awesome. This morning I read the letters to Dale, via telephone, he is still in Alaska, with no computer, and we both enjoyed them so much, it feels almost like we are in the car or walking the streets along with you. It sounds like you are having such a good time. So have fun, take care, love you guys. All is well here. Love Janice

torture and rainbows
So your day started with iron maidens and ended with the night watchman and rainbows. What more could you ask for? (On a somewhat related note, you'll be happy to know that habeas corpus was upheld by our Supreme Court on Thursday!) I loved the "Go to Hell" story--that's fabulous! Pictures are amazing. Hope you are all doing well. Take care, Meri

You got a Ford?
Of all the cars to get, you got a Ford. That's amazing. It's an adorable car, but not as cute as that teeny, tiny car you took a picture of. The Europeans got it right--when the gas prices go up, just make really fuel-efficient cars! The town looks spectacular, and your hotel looks great as well. Hope you get some good sleep! Love, Meri

Great narrative and pics
We really enjoyed the pics and the narrative. Very interesting since we will never get there. I can see why they have small cars what with the narrow streets you have encountered. Makes it a lot easier to get around plus saving gas and the environment in the process. Maybe the US will catch on to this mode of travel if we continue to pay the high prices at the pump. Your are all in our prayers for safe travel. Love, Joan/Todd
