I still can't believe you're doing it Beany,
This epic undertaking puts Warrick and my journey from London to Munich to shame. I still cannot fathom you're actually going to use you're own power to get from Bangkok to Delhi through some very inhospitable cycling country.. Enjoy the hotels where you can and keep up the blog.. It's a great read....
good luck! hey chris ;D
top stuff mate... best wishes on your adventure. looks pretty exciting and well worth the wait! great to see matt joining ya later in the journey. i'll be in bangladesh and indonesia all of august on my way home. will keep up to date with your adventures with interest! keep smiling and safe journey

Bike I'm very exited by your trip as already mentioned. next time, show us a photo of your full equipment : bike, trailer and all the utilities..
it will amuse vitor and William.
good luck
Patrick
one question:
Is this blog public or for private use (confidential) ?
more gear? More gear Matt? Remeber pack light!! It is hot here, varies from 25 to 30 day to night. Hoping the highlands of thialand/loas are going to get cold or else i will have carried some warm gear (that i could have got you to bring) for nothing.
Glad to hear training is 'on program'
Flights Chris, great to see that it has started. Just a quick one to let you know that more camping gear has arrived, and the training has started as from today! M.
Hi, I travelled through Thailand, Laos and Yunan province of China by bicycle in 2008. I set off from Bangkok solo although came across many cyclist and was joined in China by a mate, Matt and we continued to the China/Tibet border near Deqen. It was a great trip, hope you enjoy the blog.... full info
