Visited the Lakes District and Grasmere were William Wordsworth was born and lived. Took a cruise long lake Windermere. Then on to Liverpool. Watched a band playing in same place as beatles first played, toured the city then out to dinner with others travelers.... read more
Today, visited ancient Durham cathedral 300 years older than York minster. Saw part of wall built by Roman emperor Hedrian. Then to Scottish border & on to Edinburgh to the amazing Mizzioni hotel. Edinburgh festival is on so of to see the sights and sounds .... read more
