Sounds fantastic Toby and Fi - sounds like you are having a fantastic time. The experiences and sights are no doubt amazing. Reading the blog has made a Friday pm whizz by at Mintel.
Hope you are looking forward to the cricket - Harmison is out now so you might get a game. Have fun and see you soon.
Paul.
Ah you b*stard. You've given me the itch now. Gonan thiink very seriously this w/e about my options. Nothing stopping me quitting my job and buggering off round the world for a year, hey? You've completely sold me on India.
Trains By far the best way to travel for all the reasons you've listed! People come round selling meals too (railway thalis mmmmmmmm) and Chai (in the nth).
Best way to not get sick - don't eat meat!
Feet Nice to see you found them so quickly, despite the lack of beer shock! Are you going to Hampi or Madurai (bit further inland). Hampi is worth the trip if it's not too far out of your way.
How are the mozzie bites :)
I thought that said 'The Sweetest Man on Earth' at first class. That can't be right I thought...
Your cats seem fine. Actually forgot to go over on Tuesday night, so went over on Weds instead, and all three bowls were still brimming with food, so I assume they're all ok. I'll have a check again tongiht.
BTW your top lock is a bit fucked isn't it? it took me ages of fiddling before i realised that you have to turn the key to the left.
Glad you're having a good one, in spite of the heat. It's still only 5 degrees or so back here, and the last few days it's pissed it down.
Sounds great So far so good. Food sounds great. Can't believe there's no beer but I'm sure your natural instinct for unearthing it will win through. Any chance of bringing back one of those shirts? Similar measurements to you, I would say (although without the moobs!) Say hello to Fi. Enjoy!
Blog 1 Hi both.
Glad that all is (still?) well.
If all fails you can set up as a travel writer. Keep 'em coming.
We're off to Paris on Saturday courtesey of another great deal from Vicky Bramley with guaranteed tickets for Stade de France France vs England on Sunday. So, the Clark's will be doing their supporting the old country bit this weekend.
Have fun.
Love
