I know for sure that I do not want to live in Cambodia !!!!
I would have a lot of trouble eating where you are. You will be coming home in a few more days ?
Crickets! I've been reading Aunt Brenda's posts and enjoying them immensely. It's nice to see you writing too, mom! Remind me when you come through California next to offer you fried crickets instead of your evening popcorn.
In some ways I envy you, but it is a long way from home ! Seems to be very beautiful and colorful.
I realy enjoy the pictures. I doubt I would eat the blood, much less drink it. Did you ?
Ancient Kingdoms Once again, you provide us with fascinating views and information on your travels! As a former teacher, I was particularly interested in the school and the ages of these children. Thanks so much for sharing. Know you are missed, Brenda, but so happy for your new residence being closer to family and good health for your travels.
Brother Tom Yes, there is something we did today that is more dangerous than the elephant ride. Picture being surrounded by monkeys, ready to attack for the bananas we had on board a very tippy boat.
I wish I could be with you, but even more I wish we were still neighbors and I could see the pictures and the wonderful things you will bring home (oh yes, I could still see Augie Doggi)
Brenda I am loving traveling with you, however I believe I still prefer Grand Rapids.
How many days left to your trip ? Do you miss Augie Doggie as much as I do ?

I've just spent the past half hour reading your reports to Day 8--took me back to my trip to turkey in '94 (twenty years ago!)--all very familiar. Cheers! Marg
