need more shukudais :p The yogurt wrestler isn't Russian. Reread the katakana in your fridge and you'll find it is "ブルガリア" = "Bu Ru Ga Ri A", yes, he is Bulgarian.

japanese cookbooks If you find a larger hon-ya, they usually have a bigger English section. For example, in Tokyo, the Kinokuniya bookstore had almost an entire floor devoted to English books. There, I was able to find an authentic Japanese cookbook w/ english translations. There might be a Kinokuniya chain in Osaka as well, so you should check on it!
Baththouse wow that reminded me of that movie spirited away, it also involves a bathhouse but this baths monsters and funny creatures not grannys and babies! im also branching out my cooking skills cooking a thai meal for steven for out anniversary! have fun!
well, you know how cool it is when you are able to write an entire blog entry on taking a bath. that's some interesting stuff, it reminds me of the finnish sauna... in the public sense. well, lucky you kim, contrary to me, you have SMASHING timing. yes, ukzn staff are on stike. i'm not going to wax lyrical about why it's justified, because this isn't my blog :-P , but i am going to say that it's a pain inbthe arse, pardonnez mon francais. listen, keep enjoying yourself, kudos to a blog greatly maintained! i really think so, think so, think so... we're singing along ya?
cheers! hey kim kim. those instruments look really cool, i haven't come across one of those in my studies yet, but i hope to some day! i can't believe you showed them the photo's! i blame it on temporary insanity and too much apple sourz gone the wrong way! anywayz, hope you're having a blast. i too managed to get through registration 7 hours later... rock on chick. Suz

I'm a South African Student on Exchange in Japan... I packed a ski jacket, surfboard and a pair of Chopsticks... I didn't bring previous knowledge of the language. We'll see where that leads me.
Since Japan I've been an ordinary SA student just plodding along making ceramics and getting a chance to see a bit of the world when I can.
