The end..........for now................ Welcome home - will miss your blogs! Just got back from a final 3 day test run in West Dorset near the Somerset border - 3 weeks tomorrow will be off to the Netherlands via Belgium for our own wee adventure..................nothing compared to yours of course!!
Thank you , For sharing your wonderful experiences with us, we have enjoyed travelling with you! Have a safe journey home and we hope to see you later in the year. Much love to you both, Diane and Ian XX
End of this journey Am sure you will enjoy HK where we stopped on our way back from NZ - amazing place. Prepare for withdrawal symptoms - we couldn't bear to come home after our first camper trip to Ireland (and we only went for 6 weeks!) so freedom camped up on Steeple the day we arrived back (and called to see you the next day!) - bon voyage.............
More derring do Hi both - just got back from 5 days in Budapest (great destination) using our Airmiles and have now caught up with your latest adventures - keep up the good work!!
Big matchbox moment Wonderful stuff - so glad you are having a grrrrrrrr8 time - I said previously you were giving us itchy feet - so we gave the camper it's spring clean the other day and went off this weekend to the Somerset levels for some flat cycling - not quite up there with swimming with Whale Sharks but the weather (and pub food) was good!
The great wide open More tales of derring-do - great stuff. You have spurred us on to give our campervan it's spring overhaul and prepare it ready for the off...............
What An Incredible Journey Lyn and Tony - We have been genuinely awestruck by your blogs! What an incredible time you have had in NZ and moreover, some the things you have participated in, we wonder if our children, half you age, would have been able to do it! An inspiration to oldies!!
We look forward to reading about your exploits in Oz - Crocodile Tone, maybe?!
Farewell NZ What a great trip so far - your matchbox must be pretty full of moments already and you haven't been to OZ yet!! Yes, Tom's practice was in Ashburton tho they lived in Methven and he covered all the Canterbury Plain area. Glad you liked Pigeon Bay on the lovely Banks Peninsula - our favourite was sandy Okains Bay a few more bays along to the east from Pigeon
Paragliding, trekking and crazy mulers Brilliant stuff - keep up the good work!! Enjoying the blog. I did my paraglide in Queenstown - but only from a mere 1400 ft and only for about 15 minutes
Sounds of the Sixties Saturday morning and missing you both (and the sixties of course!). Gone all nostalgic. Pete goes white when he reads of your exploits - makes getting stuck in the boggy marsh rather insignificant!
Hello Hi Lyn and Tony,
The blogs have been great, making me very jealous sat here in my office. Forgot how nice Wanaka area is and the south island in general.
Take care and keep the blogs coming!
Chris

If only I had your energy Hi Both - You seem to be having such a fabulous time. You are both very fit and brave! We are looking forward very much to our trip to Dorset at the end of next week.
Lots of love.
Journey to the west coast Those big black eels with blue eyes in Lake Rotoiti are something else - beautiful, unlike sand flies (whose job is to remind you how lovely everything else is by being a bloody nuisance - at least they aren't in all locations) - we had our first experience of them early in our trip, in the Buller Gorge, where we also had our first puncture!
