Hakuna Matata That would be "no problem". Dunno wat goodbye is. The other popular saying over this way is"looking is for free....pole pole" (slowly slowly). The lengths the locals go to to get ya in their shop to buy something :)
Live and learn... Great stuff guys, well, if it takes going to Africa to appreciate Auckland sobeit! Looking forward to some more (great) photos too and more exploits. Ciao!.... or would that be Hakuna Matata...?
how to eat spices hot and spicey chicken, add potatoe and gravey, choleslaw, chicken salted chips, and you wash it down with a pepsi.....easy. sounds like your having a blast,
Keep having fun, enjoy the holiday. You aren't missing much weather wise! awesome pic's - wow, rather you than us patting lions etc... reckon Hamilton zoo is the closest we will get these holidays to such animals!!!
Amamnda's I wouldn't be too worried about the lion BJ, I would be more concerned about Amanda's stick as it is bigger than yours. I assume she will be bringing it home. LOL
Spot the rhino Perhaps a name more appropriate to a dingo or hyena than a large tank-shaped animal with a horn...
Looks like you guys are having a great time though, glad you didn't get shot while stalking "Spot" and his mates ;)
Don't forget my postcard! Very envious!!! So desperately want to go to Africa. Sounds like such an amazing place. Hope you are having a great adventure and can't wait to see how long my postcard takes to arrive.
Look forward to the next blog. xoxoxoxoxo

Mmm, worm Nice one, great photos guys, so why were you eating ostrich and warthog when there was worm on the menu? Have fun out there and stay away from the pricy bread. I guess it's warthog burger without the bun...
Hippos and Giraffes We can have a big african party...apparantly there's a few giraffes in pirongia now. And we got a mate for Harold too. We just gotta find a way to get them home in one piece!
Elephants are not cows! Yeah...I was a little confused at 1st too but when the lil fella finished there was definately something there worth sucking :)
Yaye Great to hear you guys are enjoying the holiday. Would love to be there with you. Take care and know you will make the most of it.Lucky our worms aren't big enough to eat aye BJ
JEALOUS! Hi Guys - sounds as if you are having a fabbo time, I was once one of the wee rafters down below your helicopter so am VERY jealous to hear of what you are up to!
Amanda - our giraffes can get together and have a catch-up when you get back, along with my hippo Harold!
Have fun and keep safe! :)
Well, some years ago I caught the travel bug. So every now and then, I leave the farm behind and head off in search of new adventures, immerse myself in different culture's, discover ancient history, and experience every day life in another land. That Pic is me at the World Cup 7's in Hong Kong March 2005 - AWESOME event.
Hmmmmmm.....it's been a couple years since I accessed this blog! But that doesn't mean to say I haven't been on a plane. In 2006, I took a trip with my girlfriend across to England for my bro's wedding. Mangaed to make stops in Disneyland LA, Toronto, Brussels, Croatia... full info
