On February 1st 2013, I - the "Bread King" - stack my final loaf onto a Waitrose shelf, don my backpack and take on a tour of Southeast Asia and the Subcontinent that will be in total contrast to the preceding 5 months of toil. I've worked long hours and dragged myself out of bed sickeningly early to earn what I hope will be the best 6 months of my life.
