Bariloche Monday, Jan. 21 Bariloche is a casual community heavily influence by the Swiss. The first thing you see is a big beautiful lake, the second thing I noticed is how clear the air is, making you want to take deep encompassing breaths, and affecting how crisp and clear everything looks. The weather was perfect, it’s definitely summer, 80’s the whole time I was there. The whole area is filled with mountains and beautiful clear blue lakes. Everywhere you turn is extraordinarily scenic. It is a very popular ski resort in winter and in the summer people come to trek, mountain climb, river raft and other very active sports.
