from your dental hygienist! These pictures are AMAZING. I can`t believe you guys saw this many places in just 3 weeks, it`s absolutely incredible and you didn`t just drive through, you hiked every hike and saw the meat of each magical place. You guys are definately my hero`s! Sounds like the best trip ever, every day incredibly exciting. I`m honored to have been able to check it out!
Small World I found this by chance, it looks like your having a great time! :) Hope the trip treated you well!!! If only I could had hung on a few months longer (those 300 hours werent worth waiting for the help desk to open up) I did get lucky with where I am at now, I hope your well!
I'm so glad that you could make it! Hi Aaron and Johanna,
It was great to see you! I'm glad that you could stop by - your blog looks fantastic. Can't wait to hear about your next big adventure!
Thanks. How many of us at one time or another fantasized about "just taking off" on a cross country trip. So now we know what we missed and have been able to live it vicariously. Thanks for including us in it -- it's been a good show. (It's also somewhat reassuring to know that you won't be entirely unhappy to be coming home.) Safe trip home you two.
Better Your trip just keeps getting better and better! I am amazed at the photography and really enjoy the updates. (The picture of you two by the Golden Gate has a different viewpoint than the one of the Rugby Team there. (wink) Watch out for "Waves Running Over You" or something like that!
Love, MOM B
AMAZING Hey you two - I am still just amazed at all of this - thanks so much for letting us all do this trip vicariously!!! Your photos are inspiring and exhausting!! I would love for the two of you to be MY tour guides on this trip, but I think I might just wait for you at the bottom of the Half Dome. You two are incredible! We love you and can't wait to see you and hear about it all in person!
Wow! What great blogs! You'll have to let me know how you planned all this so that I can see as much as you both have been able to see when Joe and I get a chance to do this. And luckily for you, Johanna, that you don't have any wages to lose in "Viva Lost Wages" just yet (unlucky for you Aaron ;-) Hope you have blue skies for the rest of your trip!
Head Lamp You guys are seeing so much great stuff! I LOVE your pictures and I guess you are taking them at just the right time because I haven't seen a cloud yet!!!
I hope you remembered to bring your head lamp! He he he.
Finally! Hi Johanna and Aaron,
We finally got on to read and look. Great pictures and stories. It is good to see your smiles. Can't wait to read the next installment. Hope you are having good weather. We got home safely and have had a wonderful time. We enjoyed seeing that you passed within 20 miles of where we were in Missouri. Keep safe. Love, Mom and Dad
Wow Beautiful photos and a fun read -- I'm exhausted just from reading about the hikes and heat, and I feel crunchy from the sunburn, sand in the eyes, etc. We'd still like you to stop by MN -- we could use the rain.
Keep the updates coming.
sounds like fun hey guys! well done on actually pulling this trip off, i know you've both wanted to do this for a long time. take lots of pics, will keep checking up on your progress. have fun and as they say here, 'safari njema'!!!
Wonderful... Wonderful...Wonderful!!!!
I am so glad that you are taking the time to let us share this incredible experience. I want a camera just like yours, but I'll camp out in a Marriott!
Loive,
MOM
Second hand adventure I have made two other efforts to get a comment to you -- they have not shown up, so I presume I failed to click on something that needed to be jogged. Oh, well, if this one gets logged you will learn that I am reading your journal courtesy of forwards from Linda. I'll repeat my thought: soak up all the scenery you can because for many years to come, courtesy of old and new movies, you are going to be able to say "I've been there! I saw that!!" Love, Gramma
Second-hand adventure It's a red-letter-day when I find a new entry in your journal. You are seeing more than Rusty and I did -- I failed to plan to see the Pueblo Village. We did see rainbows over Grand Canyon; they were so effective that people stopped talking and just gazed in awe. Soak it all up -- every future movie that you see (and the classic ones from last century) will have as background regions that you will recognize. I love being able to say "I've been there!"

Wildlife Photography Hey you two! Thanks so much for making the effort to swing though the "Poland Natural Habitat" so get an upclose look at the "wild life" there!! The girls were so excited to see you two - as were Eric and I. Hope it didn't set you too far back! Thanks for including us in your Excellent Adventure! Love you!
p.s. Caroline has not put the elephant down - I had to Detach her from it for a bath!!
Happy Trails Hello to my favorite couple! I hope all is giong well and you are taking lots of great pictures. Don't get too emotional :-) And can't wait to see you both at graduation.
Aaron and Johanna have been happily married for two years. Aaron has been working hard and saving up vacation time for nearly a year. Johanna has finally completed all of her graduate studies and will graduate at the end of the month. What better way to pass the time in the last few weeks before graduation than a ROAD TRIP!!!!... full info
