Date Hi Mia, I am missing you. When are you getting back from your holiday? I've been having my swimming lessons and I'm doing one today. I went to Kinder this morning and played with Isabelle. My sister came too because she didn't have to go to school. I'm going to creche one day and Louise, Matlida and Abbey are there too. Vespa is my new dog and he is very good (but Mum says he's naughty)! Love Bess
Sounds like fun Hi Shell,
Loving your updates! Makes me want to jump on a plane. Great to see you're having a good time. The pics are great too.
No news here (of interest anyway!)

Hi Hi Shell, keep the stories coming, we're all loving them! It's bringing back great memories of Vietnam and makes me itchy about going off travelling again.
Miss you,
B
Dear Richelle, Gav and Mia,
It's great to see you are having a fabulous time. I am really loving your blogs. Your photos remind me of my trip the Angkor Watt. It's such an amazing place. Shame you didn't try the spiders. Just like chicken???
No, I haven't been that silly. Look forward to more blogs.
Donna
Bus Also "Sing Tours" have the best buses in Vietnam but there are a few companies with the same name so make sure you get the one with offices in all major towns..
Hotel in Saigon Shell
If you get stuck for a hotel in Saigon go straight to the Hotel 211 which is on the main backpacker street. Make sure you get to the war remnants museum and have a look around reunification palace. Saigon is also the best place to try snake wine.
If you get time stop in Mui Ne on the coast - it is pretty crusiy and the Mui Ne Resort looked like a good place to stay.
Have fun

Great Place Hey guys, your travels sound like they're going great and the stories are terrific to read. I think Cambodia was my most favorite Asian country and I think you'll be amazed by the temples of Angkor. I think you should write a note to their local council though there's a couple of pot holes in the road need looking at ha ha. Looking forward to your next letter. Have fun Brad G
not crying It sounds like this leg of the trip has been very interesting in many ways.
Wow, Shell. I can only imagine how altering that experience at the killing fields was. I think though that you were right to go. It is important to remember such things. I think that the trip to the orphanage was really great of you to do as well. We are so lucky to live in countries like Australia and Canada.

Finally after another long countdown, the three of us, as a family, are heading back to Nepal!
This year we'll be trekking to the Annapurna Base Camp. Gav and I have trekked this route before however, it will be Mia's first time on this path, but her 2nd Nepal trek after doing the Poon Hill trek a couple of years ago.
Thanks to our gorgeous friends, we'll also be visiting a couple of children's homes to drop off great quality 2nd hand clothing to help the less fortunate kids. We can't wait to meet them - it's our planned highlight of this trip! The Nepalese are amazing people and have... full info
