Pleased to say I have survived the Tuk Tuk driving however struggling with the sweltering heat. yes this is a very pale green curry since the curry paste we prepared was rather spicy hot!!!

it looked great but was rather tasteless...texture like a hard kiwi

this had a sweet taste and it coloured your fingers too...

no idea what this is called but tasted rather nice
