Hey we're arrived! Landed in Bangkok yesterday at about 6 in the evening (11 O'clock englsih time) and took a taxi from the airport to our hostel 'The Overstay' which took about two hours. The rules on the roads are like the rules on a bumper car fairground ride! Overtaking and undertaking at every opportunity, even mounting the pavement at times! But we managed to arrive safely 😊
Hostel is whats to be expected for two pound a night really- mattress on the floor, bathroom with a toilet but with no lid...or loo paper...or even a sink!!! hahaha! pretty grim really so will be moving on to a slightly nicer place tomorrow night!
