From the rooftop of our hotel, we went to watch the sunrise... as did hundreds of (Indian) tourists, some even doing their morning yoga and salutes to the sun there! It was beautiful, and even more so knowing that as we watched the sun rise over the Bay of Bengal, the sun would travel before our eyes over the Indian Ocean before setting in the Arabian Sea... such is the magic of Kanyakumari
